Welcoming Mr Robert Sampana to the TJKB Family: A New Era of Leadership and Advocacy Begins

We are excited to welcome Mr. Robert Sampana as the new Director of Management and Advocacy at J.O.S Children’s School. With over 20 years in management and advocacy, Mr. Sampana is poised to be a transformative leader in our community.

Mr. Sampana comes from Bolgatanga, the capital of the Upper East region in Ghana. His journey into education and advocacy began early in life. His extensive background as a disability awareness advocate allows him to create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students at J.O.S Children’s School.

Before joining us, Mr. Sampana worked with the Ghana National Association of the Deaf as an Advocacy Officer and Project Coordinator. In this role, he successfully led initiatives that improved access for individuals with disabilities. His efforts resulted in an increase in community involvement from organizations aimed at disability rights. This increase promoted societal acceptance and inclusion, directly benefiting those he served.

His educational background is equally impressive. He holds a degree from the esteemed Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, USA. This blend of hands-on experience and academic excellence equips him with the necessary skills to lead effectively and advocate passionately for the rights of all children.

As Mr. Sampana takes on this important role, the TJKB Family is enthusiastic about the fresh outlook and innovative strategies he will bring to our school. His commitment to inclusive education aligns perfectly with our mission of creating a nurturing environment for every child.
